1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return any printer within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement. Returned units must include all original power cords, data cables, trays, and protective packaging materials.

2. Defective or Damaged-in-Transit Items (Zero Restocking Fee)

• If your refurbished printer arrives damaged in transit or experiences a hardware malfunction within 30 days, Printeonn provides a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you.
• You may choose an immediate advance replacement unit or a 100% full refund to your original payment method with $0.00 CAD restocking fees.

3. Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns

If you ordered the wrong model or simply changed your mind within 30 days of delivery, you may still return the unit in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping labels can be provided by our order desk upon request.

4. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions:

• Email contact@printeon.com or sales@printeonn.com with your Order Number.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned printer is received and inspected at our Toronto facility, we issue your refund within 2 business days. Financial institutions typically post the credit back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
